How to Return

Request: Email us at service@inspireuse.com with your Order ID and the items you wish to return.

Prepare: Pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship: Send the package to the address provided by our support team.

Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Our Policy

  • 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Final Sale: Underwear, Face Masks, and "Closeout" items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds & Costs

  • Refund Method: Credits are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear after we receive your item.

Damaged or Defective Items?

If you received a broken or incorrect product, we take full responsibility. We will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Note: Please follow the washing instructions carefully. We cannot offer returns for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
